3/12/2005, Jazz show: Hiromi Shimizu
Lately, Akemi has been scouting for free jazz shows in and around Osaka. She does a very good job of it. This time, we saw a singer Hiromi Shimizu and her pianist Tada. It was a promotion for an internet cafe that was opening. They mentioned that she recently sang in a big club in New York. I guess that's a claim to fame around here. She was pretty good, but like any promotion, it was all very commercial.
