2/14/2006, Mr. Minato's son and wife having sushi

Frequently on Tuesday nights, I go out with Mr. Minato and his family to a public bath called Akane-no-yu.  It's something like a spa or a hot spring.  They have all different kinds of baths for you to relax in.  Some have mineral water imported from hot springs around Japan.  I can't take pictures there.

Before going to Akane-no-yu, we always go out to dinner.  Today, we had conveyor belt sushi (kaiten-zushi).

I guess this picture is a little like this one with Akemi's nephew.

Incidentally, Akemi and I decided not to get together for Valentine's Day.  It would be a lot of trouble to go out to Osaka, 2 hours and 3400 yen (≈$34) on a Tuesday night, and then go back home in time for work the next day.  She did however send me a present in the mail, a nice, new backpack for school.  I sent her a tiny email valentine a week later.
