7/20/2005, Sara visit day 6: Nara
We had originally planned to make another excursion today. But, in the end, I decided to stay home and tend to some business and let Sara go off and have an adventure without having a tour guide (me) telling her about every crack in the road and directing here when, where, and how to get on each train. Not surprisingly, she had no problem at all. I think she picked a beautiful place to visit, too. I like Nara very much.
Although I didn't actually go on this trip, I want to post her pictures anyway.

| In Nara. Nara is famous in Japan for the semi-wild deer that roam Nara Park. I say "semi-wild" because they are fed quite regularly by tourists. |

When she got back, we went together to Minato-ya for the big okonomiyaki gathering.
| Here's a funny little package of kitty litter that Sara found at a Lawson's convenience store. |
Note: All of these photos were taken by Sara.
