4/24/2005, Lazy day in Osaka with Akemi

It was a lazy day in Osaka.  Not a lot to say, so I'll keep it short.  But, we went out for a burger and I took a picture.  It was out of the ordinary.  This place specializes in hamburger "steaks".  Basically, hamburger patties with no bun or vegetables.  They range form 150 grams (1⁄3 pound) to 400 grams (almost 1 pound).

I went for a 300 gram (2⁄3 pounds) hamburger "steak" with pineapple and rice.  It was surprisingly good.  It cost a whopping 879 yen (≈$8.79).
