12/10/2004, Christmas lights in Osaka with Akemi

I met up with Akemi on Friday after work.  She fixed a delicious vegetable stew at her place.  Then, we rode her bike down to the area near the Osaka city hall.  There was a nice walk down the middle of rows of trees.  All of the trees were nicely decorated with lights.  In particular, there were big snow flakes made of white Christmas lights in all the trees.  There were security people making sure no bicycles sped through to spoil the mood.  There was some tasteful Christmas music playing.

I didn't have my regular camera, so I made do with my cell phone.  I know these aren't perfect.
